Cornerstone Medical Plan is designed to meet the needs of our patients who find themselves without medical insurance coverage for key items. For a fixed monthly fee you can be sure that you will have access to basic medical services from your Cornerstone doctor. Whether you need significant service for your chronic medical conditions or minimal coverage for a few sick days, we have a plan for you.   • Cornerstone Medical Plan is not an insurance plan. In return for your fee your doctor will treat you for a certain number of visits and provide you with a discount.
     
  • Cornerstone Medical Plan offers five different packages of medical services. Please review the choices available to you. And remember, if you need services beyond what is included on the list you will receive a significant discount on those items.
     
  • We also offer a Cash Paying Program for patients who prefer to get a great rate on each individual visit.
